http://www.vibrantlife.com is an on-line edition of the bi-monthly magazine by that name. Articles by professionals written for the general public covering many health and lifestyle issues, recipes, and links to many other excellent sites.
http://www.heartfoundation.com.au gives resources for both patients and professionals. Quit smoking information and access to help. Information on Blood Pressure, maintaining a healthy weight, lowering cholesterol, etc. Good links to other sites.

http://health20-20.org is the website of the Health Ministries Department of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. This site is hosted by two specialists, Dr Handysides and Dr Landless. A list of their specialities is provided on the site. Contains health articles on a variety of subjects, and an “Ask the Doctor” section.
http://www.clearcreekkitchen.org/recipes is a collection of delicious vegetarian recipes that is being added to continually. Provision is made for readers to comment on each recipe, and you may submit your own recipe to the site.
http://www.adventisthealthnw.com is the website of the Adventist Medical Centre, Portland, USA, and gives interesting news about the latest medical technology, and health related matters. Provides a direct link to the Online Wellness Centre.

Provides information on a large variety of subjects, including general wellness, fitness, weight management, stopping smoking, alcohol and drug abuse, personal health, women’s health, men’s health, teen health, children’s health, sexual health, disease prevention, mind and spirit health, spiritual health. An excellent source of updated health information.
