What We Do

In Western Australia we are available to conduct free computerised health/lifestyle assessments in shows, shopping centres, secondary schools, etc.

Here we are at a Senior Campus with a Health Age Assessment for the students and staff.

We are available to conduct assessments or conduct health programs for any group.

We have three different computerised assessments available;

Health Age, Coronary Risk, or Stress Profile.

We have presented programs such as "Steps to a Healthy Heart", and "Heart Healthy Cooking" -- a program of nutrition information and cooking demonstration and tasting.
